I'm an IT Support Engineer and MSc Computer Science graduate based in the UK with 3+ years of experience supporting business systems, users, hosting environments, and web platforms across Windows and macOS environments.
My background combines technical support, infrastructure, and web development — allowing me to work across both systems and applications with a strong focus on stability, troubleshooting, and user experience.
I've worked with Microsoft 365, DNS, SSL, hosting platforms, WordPress, Laravel, MySQL, Active Directory, and virtualization technologies while supporting live business operations and deployments.
Outside of work, I run my own home lab focused on Active Directory, Hyper-V, DNS/DHCP, Windows Server, and Azure fundamentals because I genuinely enjoy building environments, troubleshooting issues, and understanding how systems work behind the scenes.
Currently expanding my skills in Windows Server administration, cloud infrastructure, identity management, and security operations.

Passport Planners / Web Developer / IT Support

At Passport Planners, I provided technical support and infrastructure assistance across multiple business systems and user environments. My responsibilities included supporting Windows and macOS users remotely, managing hosting infrastructure, DNS, SSL certificates, domains, and email systems, as well as performing deployments, migrations, and troubleshooting tasks. I regularly resolved application and access-related issues while maintaining WordPress and Laravel-based business platforms to ensure stable and secure operations.
Alongside development responsibilities, I assisted with SQL queries, database troubleshooting, and website uptime monitoring while optimizing performance across live environments. I worked with collaboration and version control tools including Jira, Bitbucket, and Git, and supported infrastructure hosted on platforms such as GoDaddy, Hostinger, and IONOS. I also automated repetitive administrative tasks and smart forms to improve operational efficiency and support workflows.
One of the key systems I contributed to was the Passport Planners CRM, a Laravel-based business management platform designed to streamline onboarding and operational processes. My involvement included authentication systems, workflow automation, database management, hosting deployments, and DNS & SSL configuration.
